We would like to introduce the resin material 'Trifunctional Benzoxazine BTBz' handled by Japan Materials Research Institute. This benzoxazine has three oxazine rings centered around a benzene ring, and it is expected to exhibit properties such as high heat resistance, flame retardancy, low moisture absorption, low dielectric constant, and low thermal expansion.
